They carried her off!

The woman who cannot take care of herself belongs to the first who seizes her, and when the mischief is done, people are surprised that she has been carried off.

Gorgeous cinemagraph & great photos.
I love her point of view and the details she chooses to animate.

Steampunk!

I stayed with my mom for a few days and her style inspired me to make this (read: my mom rocks).

Or, stop-everything-for-an-emergency-dream-catcher.

I forced myself to stay up late to make this in time to deliver it to a woman who's need of some good luck.

& yay, she loves it!

Negative space

I saw this walking to the bus this morning.
Entirely too fitting for the day it turned out to be.

Every day I'm stippling…

Craft fairs are a wonderful place to find inspiration.

Or, if you're crazy like me, your head will start spinning with anxiety over all the projects you feel like revisiting and reworking (e.g. this stippled Snailbert Shrinky Dink). He needs reworking because his weird Snailbert shape is too awkward to wear on a necklace, so for the past few months he's been squirming around on my desk without a home or purpose. Sigh.

So, my solution to satisfy my post craft fair anxiety…

Digitize my illustration and have a Snailbert party! \o/ \o/ \o/
